I’ve been working in reproductive and sexual health since residency, and throughout my practice since graduating in 2017. I have had the privilege of working for, and learning from, the most skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate people and organizations in reproductive care in Vancouver, including the Willow Clinic, Options for Sexual Health, and the Elizabeth Bagshaw Clinic. I have dedicated my practice to specialized areas, including medical and surgical abortion, contraception counselling, IUD and Implant care, and vasectomy.
During this time, I’ve learned that regardless of who you are, what you do, or your personal beliefs and values, everyone faces some level of worry or uncertainty when it comes to these decisions, especially if it’s the first time you’re going through it. My priority is always making sure you feel confident in your decision, and comfortable during the procedure, whether this means making sure we address your worries about pain, bringing in a trusted friend or family member to sit with you through the procedure, or just having a conversation about your concerns.
